Sheila B. Burns, Vice President of GPS, oversees several mission critical aspects of the company, including talent development, risk management, benefits, and regulatory compliance. She has extensive experience in directing public transportation systems and is a former VP of QCS Logistics. Sheila is an expert in contract negotiations, administration, and strategic planning. She serves on several non-profit and community boards and commissions.

Sheila received an undergraduate degree in Urban Studies from Wellesley University and a Masters in Urban & Regional Planning from Harvard University.
