Kelly D. Dixon serves as Senior VP of Administration and Operations, She works closely with the senior management team, support staff and clients across the entire Global Parking Systems network to achieve the company’s operational effectiveness and strategic objectives. Kelly has over 20 years of operations and financial services experience and has held varies roles in banking and education.

Kelly has a B.S. in Management from Troy University.
