Emile H. Robertson serves as the VP of Operations for Global Parking Systems and has overall responsibility for the successful execution of the company’s service offerings. These duties include budgeting & forecast analysis, management of the on-street parking and ticket processing operations, serving as the liaison with city personnel and major contractors, and direct leadership of GPS’ managers and customer service representatives. Emile is a retired Federal Executive with the IRS for over 35 years managing tax audits of multi-national companies specializing in energy and energy related industries. He has managed divisions consisting of over 500 hundred technicians and managers.

Emile graduated from Dillard University with a BA in Accounting and is also a Certified Public Accountant.
